pcKlinic specializes in providing state of the art IT support services, particularly online monitoring and network maintenance, deployment of VSAT, LAN/WAN/VOIP and General IT consultancy. The intention is to get employees to focus on their core activities. pcKlinic also outsource and monitor operations which help our client shifts the burden of keeping up with rapidly changing technology to pcKlinic, which benefits the client in terms of cost control and cost predictability. The basic premise is to remove the variable - and potentially volatile - set of cost and substitute this with a fixed monthly cost that covers all situations, including unpredictable emergencies the client may find itself.COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT
For a set monthly fee, regardless of time spent by pcKlinic attending to your network needs, you will be supplied with a team of pcKlinic Network experts and or consultants who will be responsible for:- 24/7 monitoring of the client site and infrastructure remotely and ensures your site is up all the time
- Routine proactive or preventative technical support, maintenance and administration required by the client
- Attending to any of the client emergency support requirements
